Sceed vs Xbox Game Bar

Can Game Bar record the desktop?
No. It records a single app window and will not capture the desktop or File Explorer. Sceed records any window, area or monitor.
Does Game Bar edit?
No. Trimming happens in Photos or Clipchamp. Sceed edits in the same app.
