Sceed vs Snagit
Snagit from TechSmith is a screenshot tool with a strong image editor, panoramic capture and a simple screen recorder for short clips. Video editing is trim only; the polish belongs to Camtasia. Sceed is the other way round: the video is the point, and the editor makes it look produced.

- No. Snagit records what happens and lets you trim. Sceed redraws the cursor and adds numbered zoom points afterwards.

- No. Sceed records video. For annotated stills Snagit is the better tool.
