Sceed vs Snipping Tool
The Windows 11 Snipping Tool records a region of the screen and saves an MP4, with trimming handed to Clipchamp. It is the quickest way to grab a clip and the plainest. Sceed adds the editor that makes the clip watchable: cursor, zooms, camera, frames, sections.
