Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Here is exactly how that works.
The free plan
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Everything below is about Sceed Pro.
The guarantee
If you buy a yearly or monthly plan and it is not for you, write to us within 14 days of the first payment and you get that payment back in full. No questions, no forms.
After 14 days
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the period already paid for. Yearly plans are not refunded after the 14 days, but they never renew without a reminder first.
How to ask
Email hello@sceed.io from the address on your account with the word refund in the subject. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
Who charges you
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as the merchant of record, so the charge on your statement carries their name. They process the refund on our instruction.
Your recordings
A refund or a cancellation never touches your files. Recordings and exports live on your machine and stay there.
